The Return - Sem Dhul

As an escape helper in India, Ralf (Ralf Bauer) fights against the Chinese regime and for the freedom of the Tibetans, to whose community he has found unique access. He has left his past in Germany far behind. That's why he can hardly believe his eyes when one day in the middle of the Himalayas his childhood friend Tonio ( Antonio Putignano ) stands in front of him.

The surfer lifestyle of St. Peter-Ording and the philosophy of Tibet are reflected in the story about a freedom fighter who once fled from Germany to an Indian monastery to face a personal dilemma.

After his return, Ralf has to realize how far China's arm in Europe already stretches: the town on the North Sea is about to make an investment that will change everything. The surfer's paradise is to give way to a hotel complex.

Access to certain plots on the beach of St. Peter-Ording also ensures access to the energy supply of the north German mainland via puppets China.

Respect for nature, the urge for freedom, the connection to his homeland and the search for fulfillment lead to Ralf deciding to accept a bitter legacy and to accept the challenge, which is carried out as a bet on the water: windsurfers against kiters,

THE RETURN - SEM DHUL is humorous, dramatic and deeply touching.

Starring alongside Bauer are Wilma Elles , who has a large following in Turkey, Bollywood megastar Gulshan Grover , and young talents such as Marta Shkop , Jonathan Weiske , Maurice Pawlewski and Nora Sucher .

Bauer met again in front of the camera with companions such as Wolfgang Maria Bauer , Ralph Misske and Antonio Putignano .
